Appointment and Process
What is the process for securing a slot?

Do you provide video consultations?
Yes.
Where is the facility based?
How long do sessions last?
Typically, initial psychiatric appointments span between 75 to 90 minutes, while follow-up assessments take about 30 to 45 minutes. However, an ASD assessment would require upto 2 hours.
Can I have a telephone consultations prior to first appointment?
We highly encourage you to send your enquiry via an email or through our secure Whatsapp portal.
Do I need to provide a referral Letter?
We encourage you to get a referral from your GP, However you can also make a self referral.
Do you provide emergency care/out of hours /crisis care?
We do not offer after-hours or emergency care, we urge those in urgent situations to seek immediate attention at their nearby A&E facility.
What are the fees?

Will the fees be covered by my Health Insurance?
Please contact your insurance provider.
Will I receive an assessment report?
You will receive a comprehensive report within 2 weeks of your consultation appointment. However in some situations if we have to wait for additional information or school report this may take longer.
Feedback & Complaints
If you are not happy with our services, or there is any ammendment required please contact us within 5 days of your consultation appointment or upon receipt of your assessment letter.
